Written by The Rotary Club of Uptown Cubao contributed in the distribution of food and clothing to the victims of the recent Typhoon “Paeng” in support to their immediate needs.
This was participated by 5 members of our club by donating monetary support to purchase canned goods and donated other useful clothes for the victims. Canned goods and clothing pledges were boxed in PREPR Foundation warehouse in San Francisco, Quezon city and was delivered to Batangas City which was hugely affected by floods and food shortage as aftermath of Typhoon Paeng.
About 100 families received the packs during the distribution last October 30, 2022.
