The Rotary Club of Uptown Cubao and The Rotaract Club of Uptown Cubao, in partnership with Uptown Cubao Rotary Community Corps will hold its Brigada Eskwela - Children's Party at Maligaya Elementary School targeting 100 kindergarten students beneficiaries on September 14, 2023 at 2:00pm.

To be distributed are school supplies and hygiene kits. Other activities will also include teaching kids on proper hygiene and serving of hot sopas.

RCUC will also turn over water pump to supply water at the school's toilets in the 4th floor which incidentally, a project also of Rotary Club of Uptown Cubao in previous years.

This event will be capped with the signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the school's principal, Dr. Randy Tagaan and Hope Creating President Roel Abatayo.

This event is supported by DGN Aiza Remedios and the Barangay Pasong Putik Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) led by SK Chair Jara Mae Mantele and Council.

Consequently, this is tagged as RCUC's Rotary Day of Service, where 5 out of 7 Rotary Areas of Focus will be addressed by the event, namely:

3. Water, Sanitation and Hygiene
