Strategic Planning 2025-2026: Rotary Club of Uptown Cubao Charts a Hopeful Path Forward

The Rotary Club of Uptown Cubao (RCUC) convened its Strategic Planning Session for Rotary Year 2025-2026 on May 24-25, 2025, at Kamp Niño in Tanay, Rizal. Hosted by Incoming President Princess Silva, the event gathered club members to reflect on past achievements and set a visionary course for the upcoming year.

Building upon the momentum from previous initiatives, such as the “Create Hope in the World” campaign led by Immediate Past President Roel Abatayo and the “Magic of Rotary” fruitful drive by Magical President Jayfer Lou “Barbie” Armengol, the session emphasized continuity and innovation in service. Key discussions centered on enhancing community programs, strengthening partnerships, and expanding outreach efforts.

The serene environment of Kamp Niño provided an ideal backdrop for collaborative workshops and team-building activities led by Rotaract Club of Uptown Cubao Past President Ian Tomaquin and Incoming President Enzo Abatayo.

Members engaged in strategic dialogues, aligning on goals that resonate with Rotary’s core values and the specific needs of the Uptown Cubao community with the guidance of Assistant Governor Novilyn Natividad who came all the way from Nueva Ecija, a grueling 5-hour drive to the venue.

As RCUC looks ahead to Rotary Year 2025-2026, the club remains committed to impactful service and community engagement. The strategic plans laid out during this session aim to foster sustainable development and meaningful change, reinforcing RCUC’s dedication to making a positive difference.
